We are currently in the process of building out a backup data service for our customers and businesses. Right now it’s a very small operation but our plan is to grow and expand this to meet all needs for our customers. We are providing our customers with the ability to decide the size of their backup they need and pay per storage vs per a user. As long as you don’t exceed your data limits you can share your storage with anyone you would like.
How does it work?
To start we are only providing this service to our local customers, expansion will come down the road as we grow but we want to start small and make sure we can maintain operations. If we can’t provide with a small base, why start out large and fail?
We take a small start up fee, this includes setting up the servers to provide you with your storage needs, setting you up with an account or accounts and connecting your devices to our service. Once set up you are free to back up your data as needed. We can setup a automation or you can upload your data as needed manually.
Pricing?
Pricing will vary based on storage and service need. This will all be provided once we understand exactly what you are looking for. We will provide you a final pricing once we know exactly what your needs are.
Maintenance and Downtime
We take all responsibility for upgrading and making sure there is as little downtime as possible. The only thing we can not prevent is power outages (will change) and network outages due to service providers. We will work to upgrade our service and grow it to meet our customers needs. This allows us to have control over everything here in office, we will work to let you know when we have any outages and give you updates on any maintenance happening.
