How many devices?
First thing you need to decide is what are you backing up and how many devices are being backed up. The more you have the more expensive it will get especially for off site backups as most services require a per device license.
Do you need on site, off site or both?
Depending on your needs, you want to make sure if you are covered and protected. If you are important data or run a business, we always recommend you have both. You don't want to worry and know your data is protected.
What is your budget?
You need to figure out your budget. Are you looking for a set price, are you OK with paying overtime for continued backup or are you looking for the best of the best? Knowing what you can afford can help us decide what path to send you down or make some reccomendations.

For On Site, we can decide install a NAS. We can either have one custom built (which we highly recommend) or look at some smaller prebuilt cheaper solutions to fit your need.
Off Site Backup
We offer a off site backup straight to our servers! We have on site backup servers in place to help our local customers and businesses stay protected at all times. We have a one time setup fee which includes setting up server access to you and your business/devices. We do not have a device limit, we base our backup solution on the amount of storage space needed. Right now there is a small limitation on size but as we grow and expand out solution will provide larger and more options to meet needs of our customers. If you are in need of just a single device, sometimes just a simple external external hard drive is all you need. Do know that with this option you will have no redundancy, so if the drive fails you will lose your backup and or data.
Off Site Backup
Sometimes a simple online back up may be all you need, we can look at providers or and options and see what meets you needs. Online backups usually require a monthly payment and pricing is usually based on storage size too.
If you need multiple devices a NAS is something we strongly recommend. These are placed on site and run through your network. This allows you to connect as many devices as you want and backup devices straight to it or even use it like it's own external drive. NAS also have a redundancy which can be set to allow x amount of drives to fail before you lose data allowing you to replace the drive before it happens.
Off Site Backup
Many providers have multi device or small/large business licenses. These tend to be very expensive and price vary all over the place depending devices and size of storage needed.
